In 2008 the company implemented in an IT environment of software "1C: Accounting 7.7". April Software company implementer.

Project Continuation

On August 20, 2014 it became known of replacement of software "1C: Accounting 7.7" on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

The functionality of the operating software disappeared to be enough the company. Before the management there was a problem of business process automation at the enterprise and the detailed activity control. There was a need for the unified information system.

After the analysis of foreign and Russian corporate information systems selected the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program - it met requirements, contains necessary subsystems, the cost of the program and its implementation are acceptable for the enterprise.

As the partner in implementation the April Software company is selected.

The implementation purpose - automation of different types of accounting and consolidation in the single accounting system of enterprise management on the basis of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system. Main objectives of automation:

  • ensuring operational input of accounting information;
  • correct processing of the entered accounting information for obtaining necessary managerial reports;
  • reduction of input of duplicative information, increase in efficiency of obtaining booking and managerial credentials;
  • automation operational and accounting of existence and movement Inventories;
  • settlement with suppliers and buyers;
  • control automation by in cash of the enterprise;
  • automation of accounting and management accounting of costs of the basic and auxiliary productions;
  • automation of cost accounting of products of the basic and auxiliary productions for the purposes of accounting and management accounting;
  • control automation by the personnel and payroll calculation;
  • sales planning process automation;
  • production planning process automation. Carrying out plan-fact analysis of cost value.

At implementation changes are entered into the system:

  • The mechanism of automatic formation of specifications and technical maps on the basis of the special document of a system which makes configuration and calculation of orders of buyers is created.
  • Accounting of accomplishment of technology transactions with registration of time of their accomplishment is automated.
  • The feature for calculation of employee benefits of the main production depending on the executed transactions and a ratio of rated runtime of transactions and the actual spent is added.
  • The possibility of carrying out efficiency analysis of execution of transactions by employees is provided.
  • The feature for operational registration in management accounting of time of idle times and their reasons, time of overtime works and works in days off and holidays is added, such costs can be carried on execution of a certain order.
  • The concept of the direct production distributed costs is entered and the mechanism of their flexible distribution to products in proportion to regulations of runtime of transactions, regulations of time of transactions which were executed by a certain employee, in proportion to the costs which are already registered according to a certain cost item, etc. is created.
  • Formation of production charges in the salary block on the basis of operational data on execution of operations of production workers is organized.
  • The opportunity for work with monetary documents is added. And also, a number of managerial reports was created.
