On January 16, 2017 the Zambon of a Pharm company announced a project startup of digital transformation of business processes within the program of strategic development. Took part in the project: practice of consulting of Business school Synergy, regarding implementation of controls of business processes (Business Process Management) and Emedvizit company as provider of the channel of medical communication.

Implementation of the innovative technologies is the urgent need for our company. Therefore we transferred to a digital form processes of interaction with doctors that allowed not only to reduce costs, but also to increase effectiveness and scalability of business process.

Within the Synergy ShB project helped to formalize Zambon of a Pharm companies the existing business processes and also to improve some of them. On the basis of the created business process model priorities of digital transformation of business were defined, and, above all requirements to information systems are specified.

Taking into account active information technology development, transition to digital channels of interaction, both with potential clients, and with the staff of the company is necessary.
