2018: Transfer of suppliers to electronic document management

On November 29, 2018 the company Directum reported that internet- the shop OZON accelerates business processes and saves service providers from paperwork thanks to Synerdocs. The company decided to scale effect and to pass to paperless legally significant document flow with other partners.

Since 2016 the company exchanges legally significant electronic documents with partners, using Synerdocs service. First who estimated advantages of external electronic document management (e-document flow) became service providers. Among them owners of automatic post offices, lessors, promotion companies. They exchange invoices, UPD, acts and other documents with OZON.

The main advantage of Synerdocs — electronic document management with suppliers is legally significant. Unlike EDI- providers which services trade the organizations often use, the operator E-DOCUMENT FLOW at exchange of documents guarantees observance of all requirements of the legislation. For this reason the supporting documents signed and delivered in Synerdocs service can be submitted in FTS and courts.

2017: Transfer of the main part of a custom campaign to an electronic form

On January 17, 2017 the Directum company announced implementation of the project on transfer of the main part of a custom campaign to an electronic form in Ozon.ru company thanks to Synerdocs service, as one of providers for start by exchange of EDI and legally significant electronic document management.

Project Progress

The huge volume of the documents generated within the custom campaigns is characteristic of Ozon.ru online store: purchase orders, shipping notifications, return notes of goods and others. The project was implemented with the purpose to accelerate exchange of documents and to reduce costs during the work with them. The basis of the project was formed by technology of electronic exchange of EDI. The Synerdocs service at the same time acted as the operator of EDI and legally significant document flow.

Project Results

According to the results of the project suppliers of Ozon.ru online store can:

• receive and confirm orders by means of EDI of messages (ORDERS, ORDRSP)
• direct the shipping notification (DESADV);
• receive the notification on acceptance (RECADV);
• transfer the electronic price list (PRICAT);
• notify on return of goods (RETANN).

Suppliers and online store quickly obtain and send important structured data each other, to keep operational accounting and reconciliation.
