The decision to optimize the business processes of the enterprise and the transition to a modern effective management system was made by the management of NPO Iskra. As a result of consulting with the specialists of the Oxtron group of companies, the solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" is chosen as the most fully suited to the needs of the enterprise in terms of its functionality and customization capabilities for the individual needs of the enterprise.

The purpose of automation at PJSC NPO Iskra: Collection, processing, storage and presentation of data on the activities of the organization and the external environment for financial analysis and use in management decisions. Based on this, the first priority was the automation of subsystems: Sales; Procurement; Cash flow.

It was also necessary to develop mechanisms for the transfer of data between the information systems of interaction 1C":ERP Enterprise Management 2" and ISUP, in "M-3" accordance with the requirements presented and taking into account the features of ISUP "M-3." As a result of the project, the goals and objectives set have been fully achieved. The company has an effective tool that allows you to collect and present, in a user-friendly form, data on the company's activities, on the basis of which the company's management is able to make timely management decisions, minimizing the risk of errors.
