2018: Turning on of the module "Finance"

On April 11, 2018 the Edelink company announced emergence in the April version of HMA Ecvi of the module "Finance" allowing to keep simple account of income and expenses, both current, and planned. Access to the module is limited at the level of "roles" of users and by default for non-management employees is closed.

The module consists of subsections:

• The overview - includes summary data to the actual income and expenses for the current or last month or quarter and also the diagram of the actual income and expenses for the last week.
• Current transactions are any record about income or a funds expenditure. The payments executed on accounts on requests (in the module "Accounts") get to current transactions automatically as "income". An other income and all expenses should be entered manually.
• The planned transactions - it is necessary to enter the transactions (obligatory payments, planned receipts, etc.) planned for the future to this subsection. Conducting the Planned transactions will allow to plan further finance and to compare the plan and the fact.
• Reports - in this filled-up subsection are collected reports, access to which will be limited by the circle of employees having the rights to work with Finance.

2017

Integration with the castle systems

In the version of HMA Ecvi 2.4. the interface with the castle iLocks and Omnitec systems is implemented.

Main advantage of automatic joining of the automation system of hotel with a castle system is that the staff of service of acceptance and placement has an opportunity to issue to the guest a room key only after enter its data into the system. It excludes errors and abuses and also accelerates service as all operations are performed only in one program — HMA Ecvi.

In the long term developments — an opportunity to organize uniform payment space based on a control system of access for hotels where there are additional sales points — restaurant, bar, a sauna, sports club. HMA Ecvi will allow to configure transfer of accounts for such services on joint account of the client with the subsequent calculation on the porter's rack at departure. At the same time both the credit, and deposit scheme of payment with control of a remaining balance is possible.

Ecvi 2.4: payment of armorings online

In March release of Ecvi 2.4. there was absolutely new form of armoring for integration into a hotel website and joining with payment systems Yandex.Cash and Sberbank of the Russian Federation. In addition to the processed design, the armoring form is completely adapted to work on mobile devices now. Also in this version:

• sending the booking confirmation by e-mail from a request card
• room reservation by 15-minute intervals
• an opportunity to configure rules of calculation of surcharge for early arrival and a late check-out.

Ecvi is integrated with Tillypad

HMA Ecvi is integrated with Tillypad, the automation system of restaurant, cafe, bar, club, the dining room or network of institutions of public catering and entertaining services. Administrators can control all purchases and the ordered services of the guest in a single system, guests had an opportunity to pay for a power supply according to the results of all orders at departure. Data on orders at restaurants at hotels register in the same guest accounts on which calculation for accommodation in numbers or apartments is conducted that considerably simplifies accounting.

Ecvi 2.3

Upgraded version of HMA Ecvi includes the following functional innovations: a standard rate and virtual, attachment of requests to a reservation, configuration of color of armorings on "checkerwork" in the right frame of mind.

There was a new type of a rate - "virtual" in which it is possible not to specify the prices directly, and it will be automatically calculated on the basis of the "main" rate by the set rules - plus or minus percent or the specified amount. Unlike the basic, "virtual" rates in a system can be as much as necessary. At the same time also all former opportunities for work with rates remain.

There was an opportunity to book a room as usual, having stretched a strip on the checkerwork, and then "attach" this reservation to already existing request. And, if you have several groups of resources, for example, hotel rooms and mangalny lodges, it is possible to attach a reservation of a mangalny lodge to already existing number reservation.
