2019: Availability of e-document flow to legal entities and physical persons

On March 20, 2019 Russian hosting-provider and domains the registrar REG.RU made available work with documents on E-DOCUMENT FLOW all clients of the company — both legal, and to individuals.

With the help of electronic document management legal entities can send the closing documents to REG.RU. Individuals can perform operations with services without personal presence or presentation of notarized documents. Developer companies "Diadoc" and GSI can act as operators of data.

Already a rarity, all communication — business or friendly — passed paper letters into online. Mail, messengers, social networks — the choice very big. Time has come and business documentation to pass into Network. We are glad that implementation of e-document flow will accelerate workflows to our clients, will save them time and money and also will preserve natural resources — the CEO of REG.RU Alexey Korolyuk comments.

2016: The translation of outgoing documents in an electronic form

The Russian registrar of domain names and REG.RU hosting provider announced at the beginning of 2017 transfer to an electronic form 33% of outgoing documents - less than in a year economy of the company reached 3 million rubles.

The company has 90 thousand partners, in a year REG.RU sends them 250 thousand documents. Process of formation and drawing of paper documents in REG.RU takes 17 days and 11 people participate in it. The first day of every month there is a closing of the period in billing. Six days documents are processed and checked in the accounting system of 1C, from them two days accountants and the specialist of billing check documents manually. After that secretaries and the account manager who within five days print are connected and sign documents. Then five more days leave on packaging and step-by-step shipment to mail terminals of Russian Post.

Along with development of the company also document flow amounts therefore the situation needed to be changed considerably constantly grew.

Electronic document management (e-document flow) became an exit. At first the company was connected to e-document flow service of Taxcom operator, then – to the EDMS "Diadoc" of Kontur special design bureau company. The decision on the second operator was made owing to two important reasons. First, at that time in "Diadoc" 8 thousand subscribers of REG.RU already worked. Secondly, the operator already had a module for work with 1C.

"REG.RU uses the accounting system based on 1C: Enterprise. Via the integration module the staff of the company sends, receives and signs electronic documents, working in the usual 1C interface, - Konstantin Kozlov, the Diadoc project manager told. – And all these operations can be performed in large quantities – in couple of clicks with the document list at once. The module allowed to implement the Diadoc, without interfering with business processes of the company".

The financial REG.RU block uses non-standard configuration 1C therefore it was required to enter the minimum completions which did not affect its main functionality to the integration module. It took only one day. Then there came the turn of a pilot project which lasted month.

"The main result for us – cost reduction due to reduction of a share of paper document flow. Considerably also labor costs decreased: if the paper document package costs 43.9 rubles, then electronic – only 10 rubles. Other aspect is time. Our clients receive documents much quicker, so, timely close the periods and report to regulatory authorities. And the important fact — paper economy, so and our contribution to preserving of natural resources", - Tatyana Savelyeva, the chief accountant of REG.RU noted.
