"Directorate of a single customer-developer" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation automated the calculation of salaries of employees

On January 20, 2017, the company "First BIT" announced the automation of personnel accounting and payroll in the Federal State Institution "Directorate of the Single Customer-Developer" (PKU "DEZ") of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Project objectives

The federal state institution "Directorate of a single customer-developer" required the introduction of a modern software solution that would automate the processes of personnel accounting and payroll. The company "First BIT" was chosen as an integrator, which offered the program "1C: Salary and personnel of a budgetary institution 8" to solve the tasks.

Project Summary

The customer indicated to us the condition to fulfill the assigned tasks in a short time. For three months, the specialists of the integrator company transferred the data for personnel accounting and calculating the average earnings, vacations and hospital employees of the PKU "DEZ" from the previously used systems to "1C: Payroll and personnel of a budgetary institution 8," made all the necessary settings and conducted user training.
