By request of the FSO solutions for monitoring and control of the course of accomplishment of national projects are created

2019: Development of solutions for ensuring information and analytical support of activity of the supreme bodies of the government

The circuit of automated information system of project activity for the benefit of the Government of the Russian Federation is developed under the public contract by request of FSO of Russia and four program products on the platform PM Foresight include. On June 2, 2020 the Project Practice company reported about it.

The developed solutions provide information and analytical support of activities of the supreme bodies of the government of the Russian Federation for the questions connected with implementation of the project principles of public administration including monitoring and control of the course of accomplishment of national projects (programs).

The main objectives which are solved by the developed program products:

• monitoring and control of the project progress and programs for the corresponding activities of the Government of the Russian Federation;
• control of execution of solutions on scope of projects implementation and programs;
• support of work of presidium of Council under the President of the Russian Federation for strategic development and national projects;
• providing different information services - news feeds, information and analytical materials, a photo and video content and so forth.

Visualization of information display on instructions and national projects is provided by dashboards in which in the form of charts and diagrams statistics of execution of the decisions made by the supreme bodies of the government and the course of implementation of national projects is reflected.

For filling of program products up-to-date information executed integration with information systems of public authorities regarding receiving news in the areas of work of each Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, socially economic situation in the Russian Federation on the subjects of the Russian Federation (sociological polls, indicators, etc.).

For each program product the individual design reflecting the area of work of the corresponding Deputy Prime Minister of Russia is executed.

When developing Methodical recommendations about monitoring of priority projects (programs) of December 01, 2016 No. 9163p-P6 were considered.

2016

The portal developed by experts of Proyektnaya praktika Group will provide the supreme bodies of the government of the Russian Federation with information on the course of preparation and holding the FIFA World Cup of FIFA of 2018, the Cup of confederations of FIFA of 2017 and also will help to control questions of security on an action of the international level ("ChMF-2018").

Proyektnaya praktika Group implemented the project of development and deployment of the information system "ChMF-2018" on the basis of the complete solution PM Foresight. A system corresponds to key orders and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation about preparation for ChMF-2018 and also GOST in information technology field.

The information and analytical portal ensures one-time functioning of representatives of the public authorities and organizations involved in preparation for the FIFA World Cup, in real time 24/7. Complete information volume according to their functions and powers is available to each user group.

Using the portal users can monitor accomplishment of the relevant decisions, create the evident calendar of key events, perform monitoring of mass media and analyze results of sociological polls. A system also allows visually, to control construction of sporting venues in a format of photoreports and to carry out the complete volume of information and analytical works for successful project implementation of "ChMF-2018".

The FIFA World Cup of 2018 — the 21st. Its final part will pass in Russia from June 14 to July 15, 2018 at 12 stadiums in 11 cities of the country.
