Gazprom transgaz Tomsk (Services of telephony and communication) MTS

The telecommunication operator of MTS announced at the beginning of 2017 a victory in a number of tenders for rendering services of mobile and fixed connection in 2017 to the oil-extracting companies of the Tomsk region. Total amount of contracts exceeded one million p11.3.

In 2017 MTS will provide with mobile communication and modern telecom services of the enterprise of the power and oil and gas industry. Among them: Gazprom transgaz Tomsk, TomskNIPIneft, Energoneft-Tomsk, Tomskneft of VNK and others. Service contracts provide rendering services of a voice communication, telematics, access to the high-speed mobile and fixed Internet from MTS.

During tenders the quality of the provided services of participants, geography of a covering and the general price policy of the operator was estimated. MTS offered the most attractive cost of services together with the due level of service and the greatest range of the innovation products, specified in the operator.

"In 2015 MTS continued investments into development and upgrade of communication networks in the Tomsk region, having improved communication quality more than in 15 localities of the region. Increase in a covering and capacity of 3G networks and 4G allowed to provide with modern telecom services objects of power and the oil field, strategically important for the region — Marina Feshchenko, the director of the branch of MTS in the Tomsk region told. — Today 90% of the companies of the power and oil industry in the Tomsk region actively use both a voice communication of MTS, and services for data transmission between devices. In 2016 we developed 3G network in the field camp Pioneer on the Vasyugan field, on the field Dray and in the south of the May Day field and also improved a covering of network 2G in settlements of Aleksandrovsky and Ice fields".

In 2016 in the Tomsk region more than 70 kilometers of the fiber-optic communication line are constructed and put into operation and more than 20 radio relay communication lines, with a total length more than 300 kilometers are upgraded/is constructed. For the benefit of the enterprises of the oil industry it is put into operation of 6 base stations in Aleksandrovsk, Kargasoksky, Kolpashevsky and Parabelsky districts of the Tomsk region.
