BSS: Electronic office

For January 20, 2017 software Electronic office - the product focused on use of a bankaama and corporate clients of financial institutions. It is intended for increase in efficiency of interaction.

On January 20, 2017 the BSS company announced Electronic office release of software. According to the statement of developers, a system will allow banks to transfer most effectively to electronic canals processes of interaction with the corporate clients, to raise a customer loyalty and commission income and to reduce operating costs.

In this version of Electronic office the staff of corporate clients of bank had an ability to manage:

• tariff plans;
• banking services and packets of banking services;
• services of third-party providers (market place).

By means of the interface of the Personal account of software users can browse the directory of tariff plans and service packages, connected and available to connection, to create requests for connection of necessary services.

The operating release of Electronic office works in the RBS systems for corporate clients of BSS company:

• CORREQTS Corporate of version v. 2.3.10;
• "RBS BS-Client h64" versions v. 20.1.730;
• "RBS BS-Client" of version v. 17.9.963.

Together with release of release, the company announced in the next version:

• the conclusion with bank in electronic form of transactions, agreements and supplementary agreements to them;
• sending by bank to the client of offers with a possibility of their acceptance or a deviation;
• execution by the client of applications in electronic form for issue of references (about turnovers on the checking account, about existence/lack of loan debt, etc.);
• order of single services (collection, transportation of values, etc.).
