Vladimirpassazhirtrans used VPN technologies in the project of monitoring of contact network

On January 21, 2017 the Enforta company announced delivery of the complete solution of monitoring of contact network by request of JSC Vladimirpassazhirtrans.

Project Tasks

The management of depot was faced by a task of the organization of an effective monitoring system of contact network. The question found the solution during dialog with employees of the telecom operator of Enfort. Specialists of the company offered the scheme of the organization of VPN network which integrated 18 substations. Each such substation 2 times per second would check contact network for working capacity.

Project Progress

After detailed consideration of the offered project, we made the joint decision on its step-by-step implementation: the first stage was implemented at the end of 2016. In the course of its implementation monitoring of network on 12 substations was organized. Connection of the remained six stations demanded more difficult technical solutions.
