GLT implemented Docsvision electronic document management system

On January 23, 2017 the Erker company announced implementation of Docsvision in GLT forwarding company.

The choice of Docsvision for solving of tasks of electronic document management was defined by flexibility of the platform and presence of the designer of approval and also competence of the partner – Erker company - in implementation based on Docsvision. According to requirements of "GLT" agreement cards, different routes of approval, depending on category of the document and also display of complete history of a route of the document were configured. Today in Docsvision 3 agreement types are approved, process became more convenient and fast.

The project is implemented by forces of IT specialists of the customer with assistance of Erker company - the certified partner of Docsvision in the region.

About 50 users use a system at the moment, development continues – during the project work in a system with memos is configured.
