For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activity of the enterprise the decision on creation of the information management system by production, adequate to modern requirements was made. In connection with complex structure of production processes of engineering enterprise and requirements of plant's management to management accounting, as a basis for an information system the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform and the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0" was selected.

The task of business process modeling of production accounting and accounting of the movement Inventories with use "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0" within uniform information base was set for Konstanta company.

Project implementation terms:

• Beginning of works -March, 2006.
• Input in commercial operation -September, 2006.

Completion and system implementation on the basis of the developed accounting model was executed by forces of specialists of IT division of JSC GRAZ Plant with consulting support of Konstanta company.

Personnel training is made. About 10 jobs are automated. Are put into commercial operation:

• Sales management
• Inventory management
• Cost management
