Rostelecom accelerated work of information systems of MFC network of YaNAO

2017: Implementation of the IC of inventory of information resources

Rostelecom company together with Globus-Telecom subsidiary company in January, 2018 announced end of the second queue of the large-scale telecommunication project for network of the Multifunction center of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.

During the project in MFC of the district the information system of support of operation and inventory of information resources which enters the certified SKIT complex was implemented.

The result of the carried-out works affected, first of all, the processing speed of requests in the IT system MFC operator. For this purpose on constant control of configurations 416 units of the automated jobs (AJ) were delivered. A system timely reveals non-staff situations in functioning of equipment rooms and automated workplaces program components and instantly informs on incidents of IT specialists. Work of IT department of MFC on advancing will allow not to allow idle times in work of operators because of interruptions in operation of computers.

It is expected that process automation of control of configurations and prevention of the computer equipment of geographically distributed departments of MFC of YaNAO will provide stability of functioning of information resources and also will prevent hardware-software faults of computers. Besides, process automation will allow to accelerate work of the employee of MFC with information systems.

The main objective of the implemented project — to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure of MFC of the district — Sergey Rybakov, the Chief information officer of Globus-Telecom company emphasized. — Directly depend on it quality of life of the population of the whole region of Russia. "MONASTERY" coped with an assigned task. Our IT complex is a ready-made product for use in infrastructures of the different organizations in which it is necessary to automate processes of permanent accounting and inventory of information resources.

Putting into operation of an information system took place in the territory of all Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area — the representative of MFC summed up the project results. — It is important that the citizens addressing to the state departments through network of the Multifunction center on Yamal, and such opportunity is in 18 municipal entities of the district, received services quickly and qualitatively. For this purpose there is a timely upgrade of information systems of the Center. As result of the carried-out works, we expect in the first half of the year 2018 of reduction of time for service of one visitor and waiting time in queue.

Project deliverables, YaNAO implemented in MFC, confirmed that development is relevant taking into account the approved Development strategy of information society for 2017-2030, concluded in Rostelecom.

2016: Implementation of a HSS MONASTERY

Rostelecom together with Globus-Telecom subsidiary company completed at the end of 2016 the telecom project for network of the Multifunction center of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.

Within the project the hardware and software system "SKIT" performing functions of monitoring of resources of telecom infrastructure of all 18 departments of MFC of Yamal located in Salekhard, Noyabrsk, Novy Urengoy, Muravlenko, Tarko-Sal, Nadym, Gubkinsk, Labytnangi, the settlements of Pangody, Purpe, Hanymey, Urengoy, Tazovsky, the villages of Aksarka and Krasnoselkup is implemented. Monitoring of operability of 108 units of network equipment of MFC of the district, including routers, switches, base stations is performed.

On constant control 99 units of servers of MFC are delivered, removal of telemetric information from two blocks of uninterrupted power is provided. Besides, monitoring of the central storage system of MFC of YaNAO is organized. The module "the MONASTERY is also implemented. Traffic" for the purpose of collecting, storage and information analysis about amount of data, the computer network of MFC of the district which passed through segments and nodes.
