Umalat passed to electronic document management

On January 25, 2017 the Haulmont company announced system implementation of electronic document management of TEZIS in the company of fresh cheeses of Umalat Ltd.

Project Progress

The company actively develops and there was a need for workflow automation at the enterprise. At the initial stage of transition to electronic document management by the company the decision to purchase Basic edition of a system was made THESIS. For Umalat it was important to automate process of approval of agreements first of all. Besides this edition EDMS THESIS allows to resolve issues of classical office and to make control of execution of assigned tasks.

After the electronic document management system of TEZIS was implemented at the enterprise and underwent trial operation, the decision on its scaling was made. At first transition from Basic edition to the Expanded, giving ampler opportunities for modification of a system under needs of the enterprise took place. Now in the next plans at the company development of the THESIS system: Umalat needs integration with 1C and also completion of a number of specific processes under needs of the company.
