"The Russian scientific center of medical rehabilitation and balneology" implemented "E1 Euphrates"

On January 25, 2017 the Cognitive Technologies company announced system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation "E1 Euphrates" in Federal State Budgetary Institution RNTs MRIK of the Russian Ministry of Health.

Within the project were carried out setup of a system (registration forms, routes of documents, magazines of registration, forms of statistical reporting, etc.) for ensuring activity of central office of RNTs MRIK and training of technical specialists and users.

Important feature of the implemented system is that all necessary opportunities and means for its adaptation in use by forces of own specialists of the Center are provided in it. Besides, it meets all necessary requirements of information security and also stability and ensuring safety of the emergency situations given at emergence.

"We rendered system implementation services for automation of work of the Center with the entering / outgoing documents, orders, orders, memos, agreements and also to creation and maintaining archive of documents of state examination. Before implementation "Euphrates" the customer did not use E1 any EDMS. Therefore, the parties expect that as a result of implementation "E1 Euphrates" will raise high-speed performance and transparency of internal business processes of the Center and also at qualitatively other level user support, as in the main office, and other structural divisions of the Center will be provided".
