Emirates Airline implemented instruments of personalisation of service of passengers

On January 25, 2017 Sabre Corporation announced an implementation project of Sabre Branded Fares technology in Emirates airline for personalisation of service of passengers. Parallel to the company signed the long-term agreement on global distribution according to which the agents using the Sabre system worldwide got access to rates of airline.

Project Tasks

It is expected that Sabre technologies will help airline to advance and implement effectively a wide line of rates by means of Sabre marketplace which more than 425.000 tourist agents use.

The solution Sabre Branded Fares allows agents to meet the growing demand and expectations of travelers regarding more personalized products and services. Thanks to this advanced technology agents will be able to offer clients the complete list of the corporate Emirates rates. Thus, the passenger can select the most suitable option proceeding from personal preferences and priorities - whether it be the most budget rate, advantageous conditions of charge of bonus miles or the maximum flexibility from a trip.

The Emirates airline actively invests in creation of unique customer service, and personalisation takes the central place in this strategy. The new line of corporate rates gives to passengers more choice and control over travel that is one of factors of increase in level of consumer satisfaction. Sabre aims to help carriers to implement customer-oriented approach in business, and we will continue to invest and work actively in this direction.

Project Results

The agents using Sabre had an opportunity to offer clients more information when choosing a rate and to improve quality of service, at the same time raising an average bill due to access to complete data about a rate and the services and services included in it.
