The new portal of Rosimushchestvo is started

Rosimushchestvo updated the Internet portal, reported TAdviser in the press service of department. The new website^[1] is started for the purpose of ensuring openness and availability of information on state property and activity of the agency. The portal contains the considerable amount of the up-to-date data which are of interest to business and citizens. One of the purposes of improvement of the portal – to provide these data so that it was easy for users to be guided in them.

The portal provides interaction more than 30,000 professional managers who have an opportunity with ease now to find data on the interesting objects, to pass to participation in biddings or to subscribe for change of information on the interesting topics.

Within works on updating of the portal migration of all data from the previous version was carried out thanks to what succession of the websites and integrity of information is provided. The new corporate style of Rosimushchestvo and the design of the website corresponding to it is developed (including for subsites of territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo), the structure of the website is analyzed and processed. Besides, templates of submission of pages of the website and their separate elements were developed, and execution of pages is brought to uniform style.

Among other improvements:

• Inventory and assessment of information blocks is carried out. Placement of information on the website according to its demand, logical interrelations of information blocks among themselves is corrected;
• Using Reddis storage data from different information systems are consolidated together;
• Means of the portal of data mapping, evident and clear for users, from accounting information systems of Rosimushchestvo are developed;
• Integration into the public cadastral map, Yandex.Maps and " Yandex.metrics " is carried out;
• The feature for transition to the website of the state biddings is added;
• Context search due to adding of a search capability in texts of the scanned documents uploaded on the portal is improved;
• Ergonomic characteristics of the website are improved.

In the new version of the portal languages of development of SQL, XML, CSS, C#, JavaScript were used. The R2 Standard Edition Windows Server 2008 components (64-bit) (including IIS7), Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition DBMS (64-bit), a software platform of a. net Framework, CryptoPro CSP, the network journaling data warehouse of Reddis and the Nginx Web server were a part of the basic software.

The software platform of the new version of the website differs from previous in existence of the Reddis and Nginx components. The last is necessary as the proxy server for caching – short-term storage of results of accomplishment of requests to a system. It every time allows a system not to process identical requests of users: the result saved earlier instantly is issued by the proxy server, without creating additional load of the application of the website that significantly increases the speed of opening of pages of the website and at the same time reduces load of a system. And, above all – allows to avoid probable failures in service with a short-term "explosive" growth of traffic.

In addition, computing powers of the portal were increased that gave the chance to carry DBMS and the Web server on different servers. Such architecture excludes need of "fight" between principal components of a system for resources of one machine: each of them has own set of resources now. Increase in load of one of these components has no impact on operability of another that allows to raise degree of reliability of a system and to increase the speed of its work.

Technical features of the new portal:

• Adaptive imposition, support of mobile devices.
• Compliance to the W3C web standards.
• The CNC system – the chelovekoponyatny URL addresses which are simple and clear for visitors of the website and search systems.
• Dynamic "site map" for search systems.
• Possibility of an output of pages to printing, preserving in Microsoft Word and Adobe of PDF.
• The transaction journal with information in the system of the publication.
• Principle of single information input and uniform storage.
• Processing of the scanned documents (character recognition) for their subsequent indexation and inclusion in full-text search on the website.

As the general contractor on execution of works on development of the portal of Rosimushchestvo the LANIT company acted. Works were performed within the public contract "On execution of works on development and rendering maintenance services of operation of the application software of the Federal state information and analytical system "A single system of management of state property"^[2].

Development of the new version of the Internet portal of Rosimushchestvo was one of the tasks provided by the contract.

In the next years it is going to carry out import substitution of the system software of the portal (failure from MS SQL and Windows Server), to complete integration with an e-government system (having provided transfer of demanded services to an electronic form and authorization through a Unified identification and authentication system).
