Elins uses DeviceLock

On January 26, 2017 the DeviceLock company announced implementation of a DLP system based on DeviceLock in the Zelenograd company JSC Elins Scientific and Technological Center.

Department of complex security, considering risks of information security, developed a row a complex of recommendations of standards of the Bank of Russia and the international standards regulating the documents on work of users in information environment of the enterprise corresponding to state standard specifications on data protection and the current legislation implemented on providing Information Security.

During the choice of the solution for control of devices the Department of complex security of JSC Elins considered a number of competitive solutions, and stopped the choice on DeviceLock as the answering number of criteria - rather simple in deployment, transparent implementation of functions, quick response of technical support, a ratio of quality and the price.

"To without implementation of a DLP system there were no regulations on actions of employees. Implementation of one component became a reason for development of solutions on protection of other channels of information leak. The regulating documents as for administrators, the powers and responsibility differentiating them, and for users were created; these documents were included into a complex of documents of the general information security policy. For the solution of a problem of control of devices the product DeviceLock was selected. Also other solutions were considered, but DeviceLock in comparison with them contained the bigger number of functions and there was simpler in deployment. Design process, deployments and settings of the DLP solution based on DeviceLock was carried out by own forces, since testing carried out on the special test platform with jobs. In the course of implementation specialists densely worked with technical support, reaction was fast, proposed solutions included even the assemblies which are specially created for us. Any our address did not remain without answer, without solution. According to the results of implementation of DeviceLock control of use of removable mediums was strengthened and audit carried away, circulating on the enterprise is organized".
