"Electrical unit" upgraded the system of telephone communication

On January 25, 2017 the ROTEK-Novosibirsk company announced commissioning of a system of telephone communication on the platform of the equipment SMG-1016M of production Eltex by request of JSC Elektroagregat company.

Project Tasks

The necessity of upgrade is caused by the fact that the automatic telephone exchange set in 2009:

• reliability did not provide telephone communication;
• did not allow to transfer quickly and cheap phone numbers at "moving of subscribers";
• did not allow to implement the additional functionality required to the customer at the organization of jobs of managers.

At the Elektroagregat plant, (2014)

As a result of a system design of telephone communication the solution on the basis of the trunk gateway with the SMG-1016M IP PBX function and multiport VoIP of the gateways TAU-72 is selected.

Project Progress

Use of VoIP-gateways capacity to 72 ports allowed to organize a distributed network of telephone communication with carrying out of number capacity on different objects with a connectivity of normal analog phones. Thus, technical solution provided connection and use in a telephone network of the enterprise both SIP, and normal analog phones / subscribers.

Works on switching to the new system of telephone communication are carried out to the weekend, with preserving of user preferences that provided the continuity of provision of services for subscribers in working time.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the customer received modern distributed system of telephone communication in which the required functionality is implemented:

• connectivity and uses of services of the Far Eastern Military District, such as different types of readdressing, interception of a call and busy lamp of the line (BLF);
• managers had an opportunity to browse history of calls and to notify automatically on the status of the operator;
• the connectivity of SIP telephones without settings using the Auto-Provision function and the existing telephone directory is implemented.
