Asteros: Information and analytical system of complex support of control and supervising activity

For January 26, 2017 the Information and analytical system of complex support of control and supervising activity - the software product using predictive analytics and machine learning. It is focused on use in the field of information and analytical ensuring control and supervising function of state structures.

On January 26, 2017 the Asteros group announced release of technology, with the working name "Information and Analytical System of Complex Support of Control and Supervising Activity".

The product is intended for information support and management of control and supervising function in government institutions. It automates process of control and supervising activity:

• maintaining register of under control subjects,
• formation of the list of mandatory requirements to them
• corresponding test sheets,
• analysis
• risks assessment,
• formation on the basis of risk assessment of the plan of checks,
• automation of the process of conducting check
• carrying out on a regular basis of the analysis and efficiency evaluation of control and supervising activity taking into account specifics of activity of the state organization.

The solution represents the vertically integrated system, it integrates transaction and analytical parts on the basis of the uniform data warehouse. Using the predictive analysis and machine learning technologies, the Asteros software product allows to reveal dependences and to take new knowledge from the data obtained as a result of control and supervising activity, to predict possible risks, to optimize time spent for data collection and processing.

A system is created on the platform of the open source, it is easily trained and adaptable according to scope of application and specifics of solvable tasks. A system is universal and can effectively be used in different state structures, including the ministries and the departmental organizations, state institutions of education and science, in the public and private companies and organizations of other patterns of ownership.

The core of a system is created on the basis of the industrial software. Functionality of a product assumes flexible configuration under the operating level of a maturity of processes of the organization that allows to adapt the solution to requirements and the client's opportunities and also to define the directions of improvement of its activity.
