On January 27, 2017 the SKB Kontur company announced system implementation of electronic document management of Kontur.Diadok in network of drugstores of Zhivik.

In days of collecting of documents accounting worked in emergency mode. Besides, line-by-line reconciliation by deliveries not always turned out correct and complete therefore at submission of reports discrepancies with suppliers including on VAT amount periodically emerged. To exclude errors and to accelerate document flow the pharmacy chain decided to pass to electronic document flow. For this purpose it used three integration solutions of the Kontur.Diadok system ― at once service which she selected for e-document flow.
"Earlier druggists received goods according to paper documents which suppliers sent together with delivery. The staff of drugstores verified them with data in the warehouse program and with the arrived goods. Three times a month all drugstores of network took the documents in the centralized accounting.
