On January 27, 2017 the Ruselectronics company announced an implementation project of the Internet portal "The Open Region — Yugra", joint with the staff of Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, by request of autonomous organization of KhMAO "The Open Region center.
Project Results
The portal is developed at "Novosibirsk Institute of Program Systems" (NIPS) at the initiative of the governor of the region Natalya Komarova.
The resource is focused on participation in structure of communication infrastructure of formation and development of civil society in Yugra - to become a uniform communication platform for power bodies of all levels, business community and public associations.
The portal - the instrument of collecting, processing of addresses (offers) of citizens and, at the same time - the management tool, to the allowing authorities and the subordinated organizations to set quickly tasks to groups of contractors according to their areas of responsibility[1].
We consider participation in creation of tools of civil society using modern IT as one of key activities. In this plan projects within activity of the open government of different regions are of great interest to us. The main principle by which our collective was guided during creation of the portal: we work for people. We did everything possible that it became more convenient to people to obtain information through a single window, to ask a question, to give the offer, to receive prompt response, to express the opinion.
