The geobank started at the beginning of 2017 an online service — QOOD focused on owners of own small and medium business. It allows users to give a number of problems of a back office to outsourcing. Customer interaction happens through mobile application or the web interface of service.

QOOD provides services in remote conducting accounting, management of personnel office-work, legal support and also functionality of the business assistant. Fixed functions of service include drawing up payment orders, the organization of business trips and the concierge service, verification of agreements and many other things. Among additional services — representation of interests in the relations with the third parties at negotiation, approval of conditions of transactions, support of procedures in courts and state bodies, due diligence, recovery of business and tax accounting.

In addition to control of accomplishment of daily tasks, information on a remaining balance and cash flow on accounts of the company including in the online mode is available to clients in the application.

The service also offers clients service Mobile QOOD — the alternative communication system between the client and bank with the simple interface. Through mobile application the client can transfer to bank details, necessary for payment (for example, having just photographed the account), and the service on the basis of the acquired information creates the full payment document and sends it to required bank. After obtaining the payment document the bank sends to the client on the mobile phone the password which needs to be entered into mobile application of QOOD. After obtaining the password the bank accepts the payment document to execution. Safety of all banking activities and communication "client-QOOD-bank" is guaranteed by due security of communication channels on which information is transferred.
