Biography
Bart Shlatman started a career in 1995 in ING company. Having worked several years there, he passed into Royal postal service of the Netherlands, and then into Nationale Nederlanden investment insurance company.
In 2006 it passed to work into Postbank.
Since 2007 Shlatman participated in integration of Postbank and ING.
Since September, 2010 held a position of the chief operating officer of ING Netherlands.
In 2014 Bart Shlatman within transformation of ING implemented the project as a result of which bank processes on customer service were reduced ten times, and operating costs — at 40-50 times depending on the direction[1]. Also Shlatman implemented omnichannel in ING. He was one of the leaders who transformed ING Netherlands to omnichannel bank with accurate client scripts and the agile-principles of work.
2017: Transition to work to Sberbank
In February, 2017 Bart Shlatman was appointed the senior vice president for transformation of Sberbank. In this position he will submit directly to the president, the chairman of the board of bank German Gref who earlier, in December, 2016, expressed the intentions to appoint the head of the block of transformation of Sberbank.
