Biography

Alexey Ovakimyan was born in 1972 in the city of Ozyorsk.

Graduated from the Southern Ural polytechnic, graduated at the Southern Ural State University at faculty "Economy and Right".

Started a career in August, 1996 as the operational employee of the Office of the Federal Tax Police Service for Chelyabinsk region, then became the chief of organizational and inspection department and completed the work in tax police as the assistant to the head of department.

From August to November, 2002 directed Summary department of the economic analysis, forecasting and regulation of Committee on economy of Chelyabinsk region. In November, 2002 it was appointed the chief of the Center of support of an entrepreneurship of Committee on economy of Chelyabinsk region.

In January, 2004 passed to a position of the chief executive "the Character Corporation – Stroy Invest" where worked till April, 2005.

From April, 2005 to January, 2011 was the main founder and the director "Avuar auditing firm - one of the largest auditor and consulting companies of Chelyabinsk and area.

In parallel with the main work Alexey Ovakimyan was engaged in teaching activity - at first at the Ozyorsk Institute of Technology - department of MEPhI, and then in SUSU where he worked 10 years at department of economy and economic safety. Since 2001 "Candidate of Economic Sciences" has an academic degree.

The certificate of the auditor received in 2002 by the form auditor activity "The general audit". The member of Auditor Chamber of Russia since 2006, the member of council of the Ural regional branch of Auditor Chamber of Russia since 2008.

Long time was the non-staff adviser of the office of the Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the Ural federal district, the head of his territorial reception in Ozyorsk of Chelyabinsk region.

From February, 2011 to April, 2012 – the deputy governor of Chelyabinsk region according to legal, property and investment issues.
