History

1993

In 1993 at the enterprise privatization as a result of which 49% of stocks were distributed between the staff of the enterprise was made, and the packet in 51% of stocks remained in state-owned property. "The Yeysk plant of bakery products" was registered by the resolution of administration of the Yeysk district of Krasnodar Krai No. 518 of 9/9/1993 as Yeysk Elevator Public joint stock company, and then Resolution No. 547 of 8/12/1996 changes the name of the OJSC Eysky elevator enterprise to JSC Eysky portovy elevator.

1992

Since 1992 the enterprise mastered new activity – shipment of grain crops for export, however procurement of public procurements of food wheat of the Public Regional Foundation remained the main activity still. The enterprise also rendered services of primary processing of grain – drying and a side job, also on the enterprise the mill complex functioned. 4-5 thousand tons of flour were annually produced.

1976

Since 1976 the production of compound feeds by the enterprise was contracted, on production base of formula-feed plant the karbomidtny workshop which profunktsionirovat until the end of the 80th when it passed introduction of other enterprise was open.

1975

In 1975 "The Yeysk formula-feed and elevator plant" is renamed by the order of the Ministry of procurements of RSFSR No. 442 of 12/31/1974 into the Yeysk plant of bakery products, and saved this name up to 1993.

1969

The state committee of procurements of Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1969 published the brochure "Experience of Laboratory of the Yeysk Formula-feed and Elevator Plant", circulation was it 15,000 copies.

1962

In 1962 the mill complex of the Hungarian production was put by performance of processing of grain 20 tons per day into operation.

1957: Creation of the company

JSC Eysky portovy elevator is formed in 1957 based on two enterprises – the Yeysk hlebopriyemny point and Yeysk formula-feed plant.

Since 1921 Narkomprod organized the state grain ssypk in the city of Yeysk. In 1922 the state office "Zagotzerno" which was engaged in procurement and storage of grain of the Yeysk district made by collective farms and state farms was organized. In 1932 on its base the hlebopriyemny point of the consolidation "Zagotzerno" which in 1932 was renamed into the Yeysk office "Zagotzerno" was created. After the end of occupation of the city of Yeysk activity of office was resumed in January, 1945. The staff of the enterprise made 108 people.

In April, 1957 the Yeysk office "Zagotzerno" is renamed into the Yeysk hlebopriyemny point.

The order of the minister of the meat and dairy industry of the USSR No. 389 of March 29, 1948 approved the engineering design on construction of the building of formula-feed plant in Yeysk with the production capacity of loose compound feeds – 45 tons per day, mineral forages from a shell of 36 tons per day.

In April, 1957 the building of an elevator with 72 silos was put into operation. The Yeysk formula-feed plant and the Yeysk hlebopriyemny point are integrated by the order of the Ministry of bakery products No. 374 of August 06, 1957 in one economy which began to hereinafter be referred to "The Yeysk formula-feed and elevator plant".

On the basis of Federal law No. 99-FZ of May 05, 2014 from 6/30/2015 JSC Eysky portovy elevator changed the name to JSC Eysky portovy elevator (Yeysk Port Elevator joint-stock company).
