At the manufacturing electrotechnical enterprise "Elektronmash" the main stages of creation of an end-to-end information system on a basis "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" are completed. At the first stage of the project in May, 2005 the main functionality of the ERP solution was put into operation: order management, inventory managements, managements of settlement with partners, traffic control of money, accounting and tax accounting. The Crucial element company was attracted to expansion of the existing functionality of the ERP system.
At the first stage of development of a system production accounting is automated, the functionality is started in two weeks. As a result of this stage the normative reference information (NRI) is unified and the NSI uniform base for all types of accounting is created and also the uniform model of key business processes of the enterprise is developed.
Within a uniform ERP system two separate information bases for conducting managerial and regulated accounting are selected and data exchange between them for ensuring compliance with the principle of single input of primary documents is configured.
During the project the system of barcoding for the purpose of reduction of an indicator of regrading of goods in warehouses and also for increase in convenience of work of users and the general functionality of a system is implemented. Besides, automated management of ensuring needs for Inventories and customer relationship management (CRM).
As a result of automation the average time of approval of one order was reduced by 30%, average time processing of the order was reduced by 70%, the number of the orders serviced by one manager increased by 50%.
Further it is going to automate cost accounting in base of management accounting, to develop the module on accounting of requests for transportation and also to implement a budgeting subsystem.
