Rostransnadzor completed modification of schedule system of financial and economic activity

On February 6, 2017 the Byudzhet-21 company announced completion of upgrade of the information accounting system of planning of financial and economic activity in Rostransnadzor.

Project Tasks

To system implementation solving of tasks on collecting of indicators of planning and financial statements from Territorial Departments took a lot of time and resources.

In the field of influence of the project 91 Territorial Departments and subordinated state organizations located in the territory of the Russian Federation^[1].

We fruitfully cooperate with Rostransnadzor since 2012. The implemented system is intended for complex process automation of budget planning, distribution of budgetary funds for personal accounts, calculation of limit indicators of wage fund of staff of Territorial Departments, forecasting of income, control of volumes of receipts in income Federal and local budgets, forecasting of cash payments for expenses of the Federal budget and collecting of the management reporting. In other words, we upgraded a system to such level which gives high extent of detailing, and respectively, a possibility of operational decision making of different level.
