Changes which are born with itself by BIM generally affect customers, designers and builders. It they need to learn to use the program, in a new way to build interaction and to configure processes. As well as other participants of the market, producers of construction materials for comfortable interaction with BIM lack regulation and first of all, requirements to BIM objects (parameters, extent of detailing, formats, etc.) precisely to understand what to use. Now there are requirements for individualization of BIM components for specific objects.
The company hopes that Sets of rules on BIM will give the chance to all participants of process to understand rules. In particular, in the joint venture by description of model components (library objects) requirements to geometrical parameters, levels of geometrical study and graphic display of components, to formats, etc. are already specified.
