The social insurance fund agreed about outsourcing with Maykor

On February 8, 2017 it became known of the project of outsourcing within which the Maykor company during 2017 will accompany information infrastructure of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (Social Insurance Fund). The direct contractor in the project New Service Technologies company.

Project Tasks

According to the contract, Maykor it is necessary to carry out works in central office of fund and in regional departments of the Social Insurance Fund in the territory of the Russian Federation which more than two thousand. In duties of the contractor ensuring smooth operation:

• server hardware,
• virtual servers,
• networks of transfer and storage of data,
• corporate services,
• hardware and software systems of information security.

Exposure of the company, (2015)

As a part of a service packet technical maintenance of engineering and telecommunication infrastructure. The tender documentation contains data on existence of servers IBM of different models Aquarius. In the list of the software products ensuring information security products are specified Kaspersky and InfoWatch ^[1].

The starting price of the contract at an electronic auction was exposed at the level of 250.3 million rubles. Proposal of the winner of 180.2 million rubles. "Daughter" of Maykor was competed by Servionika.

According to the documents posted on the website of state procurements, Novye servisnye tekhnologii LLC became the direct winner of the tender of the Social Insurance Fund for rendering services.

Project Progress

For response to requests within the project the company contractor organized three support lines for the customer, including contact center and the engineering center.
