The CRM solution for operators of fixed connection automates key processes of work with b2b, b2c, b2g and b2o segments. All customer information and partners, including agreements and the history of service, is stored in a single system. The monitoring panels allowing to browse statistics on sales, services and also to monitor execution of daily tasks are developed for simplification of work of managers. SLA counters allow to control quality of processing of requests. The analytical block of the solution contains tools for the analysis of operating activities in different cuts. According to developers, the solution is easily built in the current IT infrastructure of the enterprise thanks to integration with internal and external systems (An IP telephony, the systems of billing, file storages, etc.).
