"The Muravlenkovsky multi-profile college" started the oil production exercise machine in educational process

On February 9, 2017 the Kronstadt company announced creation of the exercise machine of development, operation and mastering of oil fields in corporate resource training center of Gazprom Neft, based on Muravlenkovsky multi-profile college. The development agreement, delivery and installation of the exercise machine of the party were concluded in December, 2015.

Project Progress

Within the contract the Kronstadt group equipped multi-profile college at the request of the oil and gas extraction company with the necessary equipment for training of future employees and advanced training of employees of the enterprise for specialties "Oil and Gas Case" and "Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields": operators on approbation of wells, operators of the control panel, operators on oil and gas production, operators^[1].

The exercise machine for oil production allows to fulfill start and an output of wells to the set technology mode, to regulate development process, to change and control the technology modes of measurements, to hold events for warning and fight against complications and emergency situations at operation of wells, to ensure reliable functioning of automatic group zamerny installation, installation of complex preparation of oil, etc.

The complete set of the exercise machine is finished taking into account specific needs and specifics of activity of the customer, in it a standard armature is changed, the software of a training complex is changed.

Simulators of really operative equipment, mechanisms and posts, the videowall for demonstration of high-precision visualization of workflows were a part of an educational complex a network educational computer class on 12 people.

Project Results

The Kronstadt group has the big history of accomplishment of research works and creation of exercise machines for the oil and gas industry. For us the unique exercise machine for Gazpromneft-Muravlenko – important experience of the organization of the multifunction training complex and cooperation with one of the main extracting company assets Gazprom Neft. It is the big responsible project which implementation – a serious call for us. We were glad to take part in it and we hope for future joint ambitious fulfillments. In the fall of 2016 complex means of training of specialists is delivered in corporate training center "Gazpromneft-Muravlenko" in the city of Muravlenko. Upon completion of commissioning the equipment is accepted the customer and is entered into educational process.
