The department of health care of the Tomsk region implemented the module of accounting of the program of rehabilitation and an abilitation of disabled people

On February 9, 2017 the BARS GROUP company announced implementation of the module "Accounting of IPRA" in structure of a medical information system of the Tomsk region.

Project Tasks

The beginning of the project served the introduction in action of an order of development and implementation of individual rehabilitation or an abilitation of the disabled person, handicapped child (order of Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of 7/31/2015 No. 528n) and amendments to 419-FZ since January 1, 2016.

Individual programs of rehabilitation and abilitation of disabled people (YPRES) are developed by bureau of medico-social examination and are sent to regional departments. According to IPRA disabled people can receive necessary treatment (medicamentous and non-drug, reconstructive surgery, sanatorium treatment, etc.).

The module automates acceptance of data on IPRA of disabled people and handicapped children from federal institutions of medico-social examination, preparation and report generation according to the results of implementation, provides online access to statistiko-analytical indicators of results of their execution of actions.

Project Results

In the region the uniform base on disabled people and handicapped children, the actions appointed for execution of individual programs of rehabilitation or an abilitation is created.

The functionality of the solution will allow the specialists of department of health care of the Tomsk region to organize accounting of IPRA, including the performed actions, and information exchange with medical institutions participating in their execution.
