Yakutskenergo cut down expenses on printing

On February 08, 2017 the Comparex company announced optimization of management of printing resources of the Yakutskenergo energy company and also reduced costs for the organization of printing thanks to the joint project.

Project Tasks

Due to the geographically-distributed structure of offices "Yakutskenergo" and also use of the park of the printing equipment without uniform point of management the IT company management had no opportunity to see an overall picture of costs for printing on all branches of the organization and to control efficiency of use of the printing equipment. For the solution of a task of process optimization of printing the IT management of the energy company addressed specialists of Comparex.

Project Results

As a result of PretonSaver implementation, based on three months of work, the Yakutskenergo energy company reduced costs for supplies at printing by 20%. The company had an opportunity of centralized operation by rules of printing, monitoring of devices and volumes of printing. The solution PretonSaver allowed the IT management to have the broad picture of expenses thanks to the monetized reports on printing on different cuts.
