"Sapsan" completed an implementation project of EDMS and start of a corporate portal

On February 13, 2017 the I-Sys company announced project completion of system implementation of electronic document management and start of a corporate portal of Sapsan group.

Project Tasks

Process improvement of approval of documents, automation of work with requests, expense reports and other documents of the company was a main objective of the project.

Project Progress

The management of Sapsan Group made the decision to make a start from the replicated products: electronic document management systems of DocTrix DocFlow and DocTrix Portal corporate portal.

The first stage of works consisted in setup of organizational structure by Active Directory integration, filling of reference books and routes and also start of those processes which conformed to requirements of the customer without additional completions.

Within the second stage upon the demand of Sapsan Group the analytics was carried out and the additional functionality regarding work with contractual documents, requests for payment and expense reports is developed and also integration with a 1C system was carried out.
