Project Progress

A contractor of the public contract on delivery and the software installation is the Ofis-Dok company (St. Petersburg), the partner of EOS Group.

System implementation in TFCMI of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug began in the first decade of December, 2016, on the project less than a month was required. Within the project specialists of Ofis-Dok company carried out setup of business processes, reference books, user rights and also training of all employees getting access to EDMS. System testing the key experts who are responsible for maintaining the main document flows in TFCMI became the final stage.

Document registration, transfer of documents between employees for acquaintance and consideration, electronic approval (it is implemented using "A management subsystem by processes"), removal of instructions according to documents and control of terms of their execution, work with citizens' appeals and line scanning of documents became the main business processes automated in EDMS Case.

As a result a system Case works in the mode of trial operation in all divisions of TFCMI. In it account of the entering, outgoing letters, citizens' appeals, orders and orders is kept.
