On February 14, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in medical institutions the cities of Neryungri, Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
Project Tasks
The main objectives to which solution system implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ was directed were:
- reduce holding time of patients of medical institution;
- improve transparency of processes of service;
- distribute load of the specialists participating in service of patients;
- obtain operational information about the current work of each operator for acceptance of operational management decisions and operational efficiency evaluation of work of personnel;
- obtain statistical information for the subsequent analysis in the form of tables, diagrams for different time frames about work of department in general and each employee separately that allows to plan and organize work on service of patients effectively.
- increase the level of satisfaction and loyalty of patients.
