The Citadele bank implemented the project on optimization of credit strategy

On February 14, 2017 the Neoflex company announced project completion on optimization of credit strategy using opensource of the JBoss Drools system in Citadele bank.

Project Tasks

In implementation process of strategy for development of retail lending the number of clients, the issued credits increased and, respectively, amount of data, involved in decision making process increased. With respect thereto before bank there was a task of optimization of credit strategy. As the partner in implementation of this task the Neoflex company having impressive work experience in the bank IT sector was selected.

Project Progress

Specialists of Neoflex designed a data model, updated and added attributes for this model, developed strategy on issuance of credits to individuals and prepared the accompanying documentation for the solution based on JBoss Drools. Project implementation took about two months.

As a result of the executed project the bank received the updated system for decision making on the credits of individuals and could put opportunities for its use during the work with corporate clients in the future.
