On February 14, 2017 the Rostelecom company announced rendering complex telecommunication service for infrastructure of Justice state automated system.
According to the agreement Rostelecom provided data services, communication channels and Internet access for nearly 4,000 automation objects of Justice state automated system in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries – Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and the Republic of Moldova.
Own network infrastructure of Rostelecom in all territory of the Russian Federation including satellite links was used for project implementation.
Technical support and service maintenance were performed in the mode of "hot line" 24 hours a day daily without days off. Daily Rostelecom will monitor quality of the provided services. Results of this monitoring will be visualized in a form, convenient for the customer, using the web portal.
"Our company since 2011 renders communication services for the Justice system. This year there was a significant increase in volumes of the services provided by us. So, for example, along with data services services of Internet access with a general capacity more than 17 Gbps will be rendered, and the total capacitance of a data network will increase more, than by one and a half times. It is explained by need of transfer on communication channels of heavy video content in real time during the video conferencing sessions. They allow to hold court sessions in the mode of remote presence of participants that reduces time of court sessions and expenses of budgetary funds for transportation of participants of process".
