Content

On February 15, 2017 the Xerox company announced the project of supply of the self-copying paper of Xerox Premium Digital Carbonless for network of laundries of Megastaylik. The project was executed by Digital Paradise company.

Project Tasks

At order placement the staff of the company fills out the receipt in triplicate: one is given to the client, the second - to accounting, the third - to the specialist responsible for booking. To improve readability of copies and to increase the speed of their processing, the company management decided to implement material.

In search of a product the network of laundries addressed to Digital Paradise company which suggested to pass to the self-copying paper of Xerox Premium Digital Carbonless. By the letter on this material it is not required to lay transfer paper between sheets. Texts are precisely transferred from the page to the page by means of a special covering on the basis of microcapsules with dye. It is necessary to print a form on office printer and it will be ready to filling.

Project Progress

As the first batch the Megastaylik company ordered 501 sheets Premium Digital Carbonless of A4 format.

Project Results

As a result of transition to the self-copying paper the readability of the text on each copy of receipts increased, the personnel began to spend less time for their filling. Special skills for work with new material are not required for employees of laundries that allows company management to distribute labor resources most effectively.
