"BSA "Luzhniki" implemented the Directum system

On February 17, 2017 the Directum company announced Directum system implementation in KP company "BSA Luzhniki".

Project Progress

The implementation project of an electronic document management system started in February, 2016. Processes of office, contract activities, work with personnel documents are conducted only in Directum. The Jazz mobile solution and the web client give the chance to work even outside office.

At the beginning of 2016 KP "BSA Luzhniki" together with Tanais company started Directum system implementation. It was necessary to solve the main task – to increase overall effectiveness of document flow. Processes of office and contract activities and also work with some personnel documents were subject to automation.

Project Results

Step-by-step gradation on electronic interaction yielded the necessary result:

• processing speed of documents and instructions increased;
• processes of approval of agreements, agreements and acts became more transparent and operational;
• work with personnel documents (applications for a holiday, a compensatory leave and dismissal, sick and bypass leave notes) is optimized;
• is more transparent and is controlled work with orders is built;
• key business processes are arranged.

The management of KP "BSA "Luzhniki", certainly, is extremely interested in an adherence to deadlines of their execution, and the Directum system allowed to accelerate process. The first heads take processes under personal control, can trace each procedure performed in a system. The staff of KP "BSA "Luzhniki" often leaves on objects therefore it was important to ensure convenient functioning out of office. Thanks to the Directum Jazz mobile solution and the web client of a system business processes do not stop when there is no employee behind a desktop. The top management of KP "BSA "Luzhniki" also works in a system and is directly involved in approval of documents, at the same time often are absent in workplaces. If not mobile jobs, then all activity would stop in spite of the fact that the electronic document management system is implemented.
