On February 16, 2017 the MegaFon company announced connection of Virtual PBX in Dverivell company.

The operator integrated virtual telephony of 40 employees of divisions of the company in different points of the Rostov region and connected additional options for the analysis of communications.
The operator integrated Virtual PBX service into the operating dverimarket CRM system that increased productivity of work of managers of sales. Now it is possible to make calls "in one click", to distinguish the client's card at an incoming call, to automatically distribute incoming calls on the basis of data of CRM and to receive a call recording with clients. And statistics of incoming calls which is automatically created by service Virtual PBX helps to optimize customer service — to reduce time for processing of calls and to increase quality of all communications.
