Project Tasks

Before implementation a Circuit.EDI — electronic document management systems for retail of SKB Kontur company, clients sent to the supplier the orders in the xls format by e-mail. But shops and retail chain stores have the nomenclature, articles, names, is frequent even barcodes. Therefore managers Fin of Vest needed to compare the order with the reference books: laborious, mostly the manual work which is not giving a guarantee that the result will be without errors.

Project Progress

The closing documents went with delivery: both own Fin Vest transport, and by forces of transport companies. But in practice periodically did not return to office of the supplier. Loss was detected several weeks later after sending when it is already simpler to send documents again, than to find former.

Electronic document management helped to get rid of losses of documents because of which cash gaps and difficulties appear taking into account and to lower labor costs during the work with orders.

As a result Fin of Vest minimized discrepancies with customers at the prices and VAT amount, removed disagreements with clients from discharge "not that ordered, not at those prices, not in those terms". The network does orders in the approved reference book of the nomenclature and the price list and received transparent document flow: it is easier and more reliable to employees to control documents on shipment which already happened. All information can be obtained in a system.

"The lost documents — a routine case for paper document flow, nobody was surprised any more when it occurred. Even now after we pass with the client to a Circuit.EDI, within several months "paper tails" — the documents which are not delivered in time which after all reached the addressee emerge. When we implemented EDI, we did not think of what will be effect. It was important to us not to lose the key client after whom we passed to the electronic order. The received results of steel for us a bonus. Now to our employees it is unimportant how many documents they send to a week: one or hundred. Through a Circuit.EDI equally just to make it by it. We can not hire office employees for this work if volume increases".

"For a standard, boxed configuration we have an integration module for 1C. To use it for custom "1C the Fin Vest", changes both in the accounting system, and in the module were required. Together with IT specialists of the company we entered them in a month. "A fin Vest" received the existing integration solution which provides a chain of EDI: the order — the shipping notification — the acceptance act, TORG-12, the invoice".
