On February 15, 2017 the NORBIT company announced project completion on automation of budget process in the Ministry of Finance of Kamchatka Krai.

Project Progress

Within the project the modified Master Data Management of the Organization program on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform is installed. Based on system operation controllability level process of budget implementation and control of the course of its execution significantly increased.

During the course of performance works as specialists of NORBIT the main modules under functional tasks, including – the module of management and the automated loading of the normative reference information are successfully modified; the interaction management module with users; analytical module and module of integration into the EDS (electronic digital signature). Besides, the module of process control of budget implementation and the reporting which meets all requirements for automation of business processes and provides implementation of required functions was created.

Also in a system the opportunity for work of remote users, scaling, creation and change of roles of users are implemented.
