Prostor completed automation of the loyalty program

On February 20, 2017 the Consimple company announced a loyalty program automation system implementation project in retail chain stores of Prostor.

Project Results

In the project took a bonus system with the simple and clear mechanism of charge of the monetary reward upon purchase as a basis. The instrument of automation selected the bpm'online platform from quality, taking into account technical capabilities of the platform and examination of integrators.

Project Development

The next stage of the project is focused on additional discount offers to buyers of retail chain stores. The bpm'online platform allowed the Consimple command to implement such mechanisms:

  • discount on the amount of the check,
  • purchase of goods in certain time,
  • purchase of certain goods,
  • groups of goods or combination of goods,
  • discount for goods in a certain outlet,
  • discount for purchase on a birthday
  • other promotional programs.


Project result in digits:

  • 50% of purchases and up to 60% of a goods turnover are generated by card owners of Prostor Club;
  • the average bill of participants of the loyalty program is 30% higher than the average check of the ordinary buyer.
