For February 20, 2017 Ringophone is the SIP telephone executed in the form of external processing for 1C.
On February 20, 2017 Ringolyne announced an exit of a software technology of "Ringophone".
The product is focused on call centers, operators of online store, dispatching taxi, the logistic companies, hospitals, the medical[1].
Integration of telephony and 1C will allow to automate routine transactions:
- find the client's card with the history of relationship,
- fill out the phone number,
- create the document "phone call" in which the employee should fill a result of a conversation with the client,
- make calls by a request from 1C,
- receive statistics on all calls for creation of reports (all calls are conducted in MySQL base and to it access is provided),
- add and delete extensions,
- change players of lists of numbers (the list of the blocked numbers or numbers of VIP clients)
- other.
The panel of telephony is developed for any configurations "1C:Enterprise 8". RingoPhone works with automatic telephone exchange on the basis of Asterisk and providers who support the SIP protocol.
An opportunity to build in phone the CRM system, allows to manage at the level of automatic telephone exchange and at the level of phone. Ringophone will save history of calls in 1C base, will create reports, will reveal problem places and will calculate employee performance.
