Sentinel Credit Management implemented a cybersecurity system

On February 20, 2017 the Sentinel Credit Management company announced project completion of system implementation of information security. Investments into the project exceeded $1 million. The project proceeded 2 years.

Project Progress

Within the project relevant software and hardware technologies are implemented:

• the system of information loss prevention (DLP) on the Forcepoint Triton platform,
• intrusion prevention system, the hacker attacks, DDoS attacks on the Arbor Pravail APS platform,
• system of counteraction to the APT attacks,
• control system of privileged users of Wallix AdminBastion,
• the certified means of protecting of communication channels of "FPSU-IP" from Amicon
• other^[1].

For February 20, 2017 system implementation of access control, control of accounts and the privileges of Dell One Identity Manager is conducted.

Along with product introduction and technologies, the system of personal data protection is developed and implemented.

Project Results

We implement optimal in terms of a ratio price/quality solutions of foreign and Russian top developer. At the same time we are sure that the budget should not increase by cybersecurity from year to year. The cybersecurity system should consume fixed assets only at a stage of its creation, constantly increase the size of the means spent for it — unprofitably. At the same time a system should correspond to the level of the operating threats and have just implementable system of technical support, new solutions should be implemented as necessary, proceeding from relevant model of threats. It is necessary to find optimal balance which will provide the sufficient level of security, but at the same time will not interfere with the size of allocations business. In our company the information security system showed "teeth"' right after implementation: in the first day of work of our call center we reflected long DDoS attack on our website and an external Internet channel in Omsk. Of course, our success would be impossible without rapid response, technical readiness and level of professional employee competences. We use the available instruments of protection, constantly we work on their optimization, actively we cooperate with vendors, integrators, we consider their offers on settings and optimization of the existing systems.
