Quelle (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (file) completed an implementation project of a system of reporting according to international standards based on the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in financial service of the Russian representative office Quelle which is engaged in trade according to mail directories.

Quelle in Russia since 2004 is represented by its subsidiary company "Mail Service Order" in which about 200 employees work. Its major activity is the release and distribution of the German directories of Quelle in Russian and also customer service in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Selecting the new accounting system, the company expected to find the solution which would support means for conducting the Russian accounting and tax accounting and a possibility of reporting according to IFRS.

After installation of subsystems of accounting and tax accounting, reporting system implementation according to IFRS was selected in the separate project. As a result in six months in the company 20 jobs for the staff of finance division were automated.

The received solution automates reflection of economic transactions on business accounts of the international accounting; considers specifics of relationship of the company with the affiliated partners entering into group, and specifics of recognition of intangible assets and their depreciation in the international accounting; automates the cost accounting on advertizing taking into account requirements of the head company; keeps the cost accounting on the centers of the financial responsibility; also export of data of financial statements to the system of consolidation of the head company provides the financial and management reporting in necessary formats.
