Avisoftica implemented electronic archive of documents

On February 28, 2017 the Atlas Soft company announced implementation of electronic archive of documents in Avisoftica LLC.

Project Tasks

• Provide flexible and quick search among the stored documents.
• Legally significant electronic documents should have an opportunity to be stored together with technology documents (the file of the signature, transfer protocols).
• The automated loading of documents from old archive in new was necessary.
• The company – the author of the solution, should be Russian and show live interest not only in sale, but also development of a product.
• The solution of electronic archive, having tested on itself, it would be possible to recommend for all companies of an aviation industry.

Project Progress

Process of implementation of Etla (e-document flow) was labor-consuming, but not difficult. For loading automation all documents renamed by the developed rule. From the name of the document the main details of a card were filled out. Setup of cards convenient also allows to enter all desirable details of the document. Technical specialists of Atlas Soft quickly made completion of loading procedures under the developed rules. Support response speed very high.

By the beginning of commercial operation the contractual and personnel documents entering and outgoing official letters, documents on performance of agreements were transferred to EAD Etla.

Project Results

As a result of implementation Avisoftica received a number of improvements:

• Due to reduction of time of administration of the folders scattered on corporate network the scope of the documents transferred to an electronic form grew.
• The indication of storage locations of physical copies of documents which archives are in different places became possible.
• Document storage is performed by a complete set. The change history of the document is easily traced.
